How it works
From sign-up to a full day at the counter
Here is how a clinic or diagnostic centre gets started and what a normal day looks like.
- 1
Sign up
Create your clinic account with your mobile number and a password. Your free trial starts at once — no card needed.
- 30-day free trial
- A main branch is created for you
- Common lab tests, imaging and procedures with prices are added
- 2
Set up your clinic
Add your branches, doctors and referrers, edit test prices and reference ranges, and create a login for each staff member with the right role.
- Letterhead and report settings
- Commission rules for referrers
- Wards and beds if you admit patients
- 3
Register the patient and bill
At the counter, find or register the patient, type the test codes, take payment and print the bill. The report PIN is printed on it.
- Cash, card, bKash, Nagad, Rocket or bank
- Discounts, packages and discount cards
- Partial payment with the due tracked
- 4
Collect samples and print labels
Sample tubes are worked out from the tests on the bill. Print a barcode label for each, then scan it at collection and when the lab receives it.
- One label per tube
- Reject and recollect with a reason
- 5
Enter results and verify
Technologists enter results from the worklist, or results arrive from a connected analyzer. The pathologist checks and signs them.
- High/Low/Critical flags as you type
- Bulk or one-by-one verification
- Amendments kept in an audit trail
- 6
The patient gets the report
Print the report at the counter, or the patient downloads it at /r with the bill number and PIN. An SMS can tell them when it is ready.
- A4 report with letterhead and signature
- Optionally hold reports while there is a due
- 7
Daily reports and accounts
At the end of the day, close the cash shift and check collection, dues and commission. Every money movement is already in the accounts.
- Daily collection and due list
- Referral commission and doctor payouts
- Income statement and balance sheet
Common questions
Is our data safe?
Each clinic's data is kept separate from every other clinic. Staff sign in with their own mobile number and password and only see the screens their role allows. Important actions such as cancellations, refunds and report amendments are recorded in an audit log.
Can my staff use it in Bangla?
Yes. Every screen works in Bangla or English and each person can switch with one click. Reports, prescriptions and payslips print in both languages.
Which payment methods can we take from patients?
Cash, card, bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. A bill can be paid in parts, and the due is tracked until it is collected.
How do we pay for the software?
Monthly or yearly by bKash, Nagad or bank transfer. See the pricing page for details.
Will you train our staff?
Yes. We help you set up and show your team how to use the counter, the lab and the reports. Contact us to arrange a session.
We use paper registers or Excel now. How do we move?
You can start straight away: the account comes with common tests and prices, and patients are registered as they come. Send us your price list and we can help you enter it.
Do we need to install anything?
No. It runs in a web browser on a computer, tablet or phone. You only need an internet connection and a printer for bills, labels and reports.
