How do I pay?
By bKash, Nagad or bank transfer. We send you the account details and confirm your plan once the payment arrives.
Monthly or yearly — what is the difference?
The features are the same. Paying for a year costs the same as ten months, so you get two months free.
Is there a setup fee?
Yes, a one-time setup fee on monthly plans covers setting up your tests, prices, doctors and staff accounts, and training your team. It is free when you pay yearly.
What happens when the free trial ends?
Pick a plan and pay to continue. Everything you entered during the trial stays.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. Move to a bigger plan when you add branches or staff. Contact us and we will switch it.
What does the one-time licence not include?
Support and software updates are not included. You can add yearly support if it is offered, or choose a subscription, which includes both.
